COVID-19 Vaccination

COVID-19 has not gone away, and for some people it is still a serious illness. If you are not eligible for a free NHS vaccination — or want one at a time of year the NHS is not offering it — we provide it privately.

Who it is for

Adults and children aged 12 and over. This is a private service and is not the NHS programme; the NHS offers free vaccination to certain age groups and at-risk people at particular times of year, and if you qualify we will tell you.

How it works

Book a time and come to the pharmacy in Harrow. The pharmacist will check your suitability, give the vaccination, and ask you to wait briefly afterwards.

When it is not suitable

• If you have had a COVID-19 vaccination within the last three months.
• If you have had a serious allergic reaction to a vaccine or injection in the past.
• If you are currently unwell with a fever — we will ask you to rebook.

This is not a complete list; the pharmacist checks suitability before anything is given.
