Prescription Delivery Service

Every NHS prescription we dispense is delivered to your door, free of charge, anywhere in England. There is no minimum, no delivery fee, and nothing to collect — it is simply how we work.

How it works

1. Your GP sends your prescription to us electronically. If we are not yet your nominated pharmacy, that is a one-time change you can make in the NHS App or by asking us.
2. We dispense it and check it.
3. It is delivered to the address you have given us. You will be told when to expect it.

Good to know

• Allow a few working days from your prescription reaching us. Order in good time rather than when you are about to run out.
• Some medicines — including controlled drugs and items that need to be kept cold — have particular delivery requirements. We will tell you if that applies.
• Check your delivery when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything is missing or unexpected.
• If you are going to be away, tell us and we can hold or redirect a delivery.

We supply nursing and residential homes on a scheduled basis, with medicines dispensed into monitored dosage systems where required. See our care home services.
