Pharmacy First lets our pharmacists assess and treat a set of common conditions directly — including supplying prescription-only medicines where they are appropriate. There is no charge, and you do not need to see a GP first.

Choose a time online and a pharmacist calls you. No GP appointment or referral needed, and we will fit you in the same day wherever we can.
Assessed over the phone
The pharmacist goes through your symptoms with you. For conditions that need to be seen, such as a rash or a bite, you send a clear photograph first.
Treatment delivered
If treatment is right for you it is dispensed and delivered to your door, free. If it is not, we will tell you and help you get the right care.
