Blood Testing Clinic

A private blood test is often the fastest way to an answer — whether you want a general health check, are tracking a known condition, or have a specific concern your GP has not been able to prioritise. Samples are taken at the pharmacy in Harrow by our in-house phlebotomist, and most results are back within 24 hours.

What we test

We offer a wide range of individual tests and profiles, including:

• General health and premier profiles for men and women.
• Thyroid, liver, kidney and cholesterol.
• Diabetes (HbA1c) and insulin resistance.
• Iron, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and full blood count.
• Hormone profiles — male, female, menopause, fertility and testosterone.
• Allergy and food sensitivity.
• Sexual health screens.

How it works

1. Choose your test and book a time.
2. Come to the pharmacy. Some tests need you to fast beforehand — the booking will say if yours does.
3. The sample is taken by our phlebotomist and sent to the laboratory.
4. Results are sent to you, usually within 24 hours for most tests, and the pharmacist can go through them with you.

What it costs

Each test is priced individually, plus a £25 phlebotomy fee per appointment for taking the sample. Prices are shown when you book. This is a private service.
